[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Patchogue 3-28-1960 by Ord. No. 6.2 of the Unified Code of Ordinances of 1960 (Ch. 68 of the 1968 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
GENERAL REFERENCES
Peace and good order — See Ch. 302.

Abandoned and junked vehicles —  See Ch. 412.
No person shall leave outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight snap lock or other device thereon, without first removing the said snap lock or doors from said icebox, refrigerator or container.
Any person who violates this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided in § 1-1 of the Code of the Village of Patchogue.
