The Town Board shall have the power to impose, and set, all
fees as may be specified and/or referred to in the Town of Kent Code
and all other fees which the Town charges for all permits, services,
administrative fees and programs of the Town not specifically referred
to in the Town Code through the adoption of a fee schedule which shall
be established by the Town Board by resolution and amended on an annual
basis or from time to time as needed.[1] The Town Board shall have the power to establish and amend such fee schedule pursuant to a resolution duly adopted by the Town Board without the necessity for the enactment of a local law or ordinance. Applicants for approvals or permits are advised to refer to Chapter 55 to determine whether a review escrow deposit, performance security or inspection fee also applies.
