A. 
In the interest of public safety, no fishing shall be permitted at any time along the causeway on Smalley Corners Road, between Upper Lake Ninham and Lower Lake Ninham.
B. 
Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be liable for and shall pay a penalty not exceeding $50.

In the interest of public safety, no fishing shall be permitted along Route 311 where Route 311 crosses Lake Carmel at any time, nor within any bathing area during the months of June through September, inclusive.
