Park District No. 1 — See Ch. 50.
The use of the properties owned by Park District No. 2[1] shall be restricted to owners of real property within the boundaries of Park District No. 2, their lessees and members of their immediate families and their guests. All other unauthorized use shall be considered trespass.

Editor's Note: Park District No. 2 was established by the Town Board of the Town of Kent 10-4-1976. Said resolution also established the boundaries of Park District No. 2 as follows:
"Premises in the Town of Kent, Putnam County, New York, lying on the northerly side of Pudding Street (with two small parcels on the southerly side) at Lake Tibet, being composed of the following parcels shown on the Preliminary Tax Map of the Town of Kent, to wit:
"Map 130: all of the parcels in Sections 1, 2 and 3.
"Map 131: all of the parcels in Sections 1, 2, 3 and 4.
"Map 132: all of the parcels in Sections 1 through 5, both inclusive.
"Map 133: Section 2, Lots 2 and 3.
"Map 36: Section 1, Lots 21.1, 21.2, 22 and 23."
No person shall enter or remain on any property owned by the Town of Kent within Park District No. 2 between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
All alcoholic beverages are prohibited from all property owned by the Town of Kent in Park District No. 2, including the dam.
A. 
For protection of people using all property owned by the Town of Kent in Park District No. 2 and to maintain cleanliness, it is prohibited to throw, cast or abandon on such property any bottle or piece of crockery or any glass or glassware, or any part thereof, or metallic or other substance with sharp edges or projections or any garbage or other refuse, except in designated waste receptacles.
B. 
No person shall throw, cast, lay, drop or discharge into or leave in the waters used for bathing or any other waters in Park District No. 2, or any storm sewer or drain flowing into said waters, any substance, matter or thing, liquid or solid, which may or shall result in the pollution of said waters.
Animals shall not be allowed at any time on property owned by the Town of Kent within Park District No. 2, and the owners of or persons harboring such animals or otherwise responsible for such animals shall be liable for violation of this provision.
Motorized vehicles shall not be driven or parked on property owned by the Town of Kent in Park District No. 2, except for authorized purposes or in designated parking areas.
No person shall open, or cause to be opened, the valve which controls the outflow of water from Lake Tibet without the written permission of the Town Board.
No person shall have or carry any pistol or revolver, rifle, shotgun, firing piece or any airgun or spring gun or ammunition within the confines of Park District No. 2.
A. 
The Town Board shall have the right to remove or cause to be removed any and all existing projections, encroachments, docks, piers and other impediments when, in the opinion of the Town Board, such removal shall be necessary or desirable to the improvement of the parkland.
B. 
Hereafter, no person shall erect a wharf, pier or other structure on the park property without obtaining the prior consent of the Town Board, by resolution passed at a meeting of the Town Board duly called and held, and such resolution, if passed, shall provide appropriate safeguards to assure that the structure, when erected, shall be available to all the inhabitants of the park district.
A violation of any provision of these rules and regulations shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding $250.
