Pursuant to law there is authorized in the Borough
of Runnemede the conducting of games of chance, said games being permitted
to be carried on on all days of the week except Sunday.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-58, there is hereby
enacted municipal legislative authority to conduct the aforesaid games
of chance on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated
as "Sunday."
Pursuant to the above-referenced statutory authority,
the appropriate municipal authorities shall revise the license issued
for the holding, operating and conducting of such games so as to permit
the conducting of such games on Sunday, pursuant to the above-referenced
statute.
