Whenever any words and phrases are used in this
article, the meaning ascribed to them respectively is as contained
in Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey and
shall be deemed to apply to such words and phrases as are used herein.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-140, the streets or
parts of streets described in Schedule I attached hereto and made
a part of this article are hereby designated as through streets. Stop
signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting
the through street.
This article shall take effect following its
adoption and publication according to law; provided, however, that
this article shall not be considered as being of any effect or validity
until the Borough of Barrington shall adopt a similar ordinance.
In accordance with the provisions of § 106-23 aforesaid, the following described streets or parts of streets are hereby designated as through streets. Stop signs shall be installed on the near right side of each street intersecting or opening onto the through street:

The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Runnemede
hereby establishes a no-passing zone on Davis Avenue in the Borough
of Runnemede to be effective upon installation of a double yellow
line on Davis Avenue
