A. 
The parking of motor vehicles is prohibited at all times on the driveways, roadways and loading circle on the property of the Triton Regional High School, situate on Schubert Avenue in the Borough of Runnemede.
B. 
The parking of motor vehicles on any other portion of the property of the said Triton Regional High School is prohibited at all times, with the following exceptions:
(1) 
The parking of motor vehicles bearing an appropriate, current permit issued by the Board of Education of the Black Horse Pike Regional School District shall be permitted in those sections of the school property designated as administrative or faculty-student parking areas.
(2) 
The parking of motor vehicles in those sections of the school property designated as visitors' parking areas shall be permitted in the case of all business invitees and other persons having reasonable cause to be on the school premises.
C. 
Any unoccupied vehicle parking or standing in violation of § 106-26A and B of this article shall be deemed a nuisance to the safe and proper regulations of traffic, and any peace officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle from the school property, in which event the owner of said vehicle shall pay the reasonable costs of the removal and storage which may result from such removal, before regaining possession of the vehicle.

A. 
Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
B. 
Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate § 106-4.1 of this chapter, upon second or subsequent convictions thereof, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for a second conviction and not more than $500 for the third or subsequent conviction or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.
Due notice of the provisions of this article shall be given to the public by the placing of signs at the places where the ordinance is effective. Such signs shall conform to the specifications contained in Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this article are hereby repealed, but only to the extent of such inconsistency.
This article shall take effect upon final approval and publication according to law and upon approval by the Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles of the State of New Jersey.
