Editor's Note: This local law passed at mandatory referendum
11-8-1983.
The term of office of the following elective official, Town Superintendent
of Highways, of the Town of Phelps elected at the November 1985 and subsequent
general elections of state or local government officers in the Town of Phelps
is hereby changed from two to four years.

The Deputy Highway Superintendent shall be a resident of the County
of Ontario or of any County contiguous to Ontario County and does not have
to be a resident of the Town of Phelps.
