This article shall be known as "A Local Law To Establish Stop Intersections on Certain Town of Richmond Roads."
This article is enacted to establish stop intersections on the following Town of Richmond roads:

This article shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State as required by § 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law and further provided that said signs have been erected as required by § 1683 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
