That portion of § 179-B of the Village Law of the State of New York [1] providing that members of the Zoning Board of Appeals shall be appointed for terms of three years each is hereby amended in its application to the Village of Roslyn Harbor, New York, to read as follows:
§ 179-B. The Board of Trustees shall provide for the appointment of a Zoning Board of Appeals consisting of five members. The terms of all members of the Zoning Board of Appeals on the date of the enactment of this law shall expire on April 5, 1971. From and after April 5, 1971, the respective terms of the members of the Zoning Board of Appeals first appointed under the provisions of this local law shall be one, two, three, four and five years. Thereafter, appointments shall be for terms of five years for each member.
