Editor's Note: This ordinance replaced former
Art. II, Oxford Valley Cablevision, Inc., Franchise, adopted 3-7-1995
by Ord. No. 315, which expired on or about 12-31-1999.
This article shall be known as the "Upper Southampton
Township Cable Franchise Ordinance."
[Amended 6-26-2018 by Ord. No. 452]
The Township Board of Supervisors does hereby approve the cable
franchise agreement negotiated with Comcast, including all of the
terms and conditions contained therein, and does hereby authorize
the execution of such agreement.
