This chapter, on motion duly made and seconded, is adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Westmont, Cambria County, Pennsylvania to provide for stormwater calculation methods, worksheets, and runoff data sheets attached hereto[1] which are adopted by the Borough of Westmont, for reference and use to comply with the mandates of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with regard to stormwater management.
