Peace and good order — See Ch. 130.
It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt or discharge firearms within
the geographical limits of the Borough of Chester Heights without the written
consent of the owner of the land upon which any hunting is done; and written
permission therefor must be on the person of the hunter.
Violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine
not to exceed $100.
