Healthcare and pension withholding:
A. 
Non-healthcare stipend: $4,000 annually, paid biweekly.
B. 
Non-uniformed employees (for full-time employees hired or promoted before January 1, 2018): $0 towards healthcare costs and $550 reimbursement for health expenses (no vision or dental).
C. 
Non-uniformed, full-time employees: $125 per year reimbursed for work boots.
D. 
Non-uniformed, full-time employees longevity: $50 per year of service (cap of $1,000).
E. 
Non-uniformed pension contribution (for full-time employees hired or promoted before 2018): 0% in accordance with the Auditor General's recommendation.
F. 
Non-uniformed employees hired or promoted after 2018 are not included in the Borough's "Defined Benefit Pension" and will be enrolled in a "Defined Contribution Pension." The 2022 Borough contribution to the DC Plan will be $2,000 per employee.
G. 
Uniformed pension contribution: 4% in accordance with the Auditor General's recommendation.
H. 
All benefits for the full-time police officers are listed in the current Collective Bargaining Agreement.
I. 
All employees may voluntarily open a 457 Retirement Account.

The compensations, salaries and bonds fixed under this chapter may be changed by Council, by motion, regularly passed, and any appointments hereunder (in the case where Council has the power to dismiss) may be dismissed at any time by Council. The intent of this chapter being that the offices subject to regular appointment, together with salaries and bonds as may be herein also designated, shall be in force until Council, by motion or ordinance otherwise decide.
A. 
Fees for the collection of the Borough tax shall be calculated and payable to the elected Tax Collector on the basis of the following schedule:
(1) 
For the first 500 taxpayer accounts billed and collected: $1.50 per account.
(2) 
For each account billed and collected in excess of 500: $1 per account.
B. 
For the purpose of Subsection A, a "taxpayer account" shall be deemed to consist of each single and separate billing regardless of whether one or more names are contained in the billing, and, shall include only realty tax billings.
C. 
Per capita list tax billings shall collect fee charges calculated as follows:
(1) 
For all taxes collected up to the beginning of the discount period: 3% of collections.
(2) 
For all taxes collected after the beginning of the discount period: 4% of collections.
