Pursuant to the authority conferred by Article
16 of the Town Law of the State of New York and for each of the purposes
specified therein, the Town Board of the Town of Dayton, County of
Cattaraugus and State of New York, has ordained and does hereby enact
the following chapter regulating and restricting the location, size
and use of buildings and other structures and the use of land in the
Town of Dayton.
