The application for such license shall be accompanied by a fee of $50, and such licenses shall be renewed annually and the sum of $50 paid for each renewal.
No license shall be granted for the cleaning of cesspools unless the applicant is properly equipped with a tank and other necessary paraphernalia.
After the cleaning of any cesspool, the lid shall be properly replaced.
In case the cover is gone or broken, the cleaner shall immediately notify the Director of the Health Department, who shall immediately cause the owner to install a new cover at least three inches in thickness, according to the provisions of the current Plumbing Code of the City of Vineland.

All licensed cesspool cleaners shall submit monthly reports to the Department of Health on forms provided by the Department. Said reports shall contain such information as the Director of the Department of Health deems necessary for the proper regulation of cesspool cleaning in the City, including but not limited to the names of the property owners serviced, the locations where effluent was pumped out and the locations where effluent was deposited. Said monthly reports shall be submitted on or before the 10th day of the month for all activities for the immediately preceding month.
