No person shall throw, propel or shoot any missile, or solid object such as snowballs, stones, sticks, arrows or similar objects upon, across or toward any street, sidewalk, highway, or other public building or place in the Village so as to annoy, obstruct or interfere with or injure any person or damage or strike any personal property or building, public or private.
A. 
No person shall discharge any firearm, gun, air rifle, spring gun, or any gun so constructed as to discharge pellets by compressed air or compressed gas within the Village limits, except that this section shall not apply to police officers in the discharge of their duties nor to any firing squad at a military funeral or patriotic observance nor to any properly constructed range approved by the Chief of Police.
B. 
Hunting within the Village limits shall be prohibited at all times.
No person shall indulge in disorderly or noisy or disturbing conduct within the Village. Any person who commits any of the following acts will be considered in violation of this section:
A. 
Uses or indulges in offensive, disorderly, threatening, abusive or insulting language, conduct or behavior.
B. 
Acts in such manner as to annoy, disturb, interfere with, obstruct or be offensive to others.
C. 
Congregates with others on a public street, sidewalk, park or place for other than a lawfully permitted purpose and refuses to move on when ordered by the police.
D. 
Stations himself on the public street, or follows pedestrians for the purpose of soliciting alms or solicits alms on the public street, unlawfully.
E. 
Damages, destroys or makes improper or unauthorized use of any municipal property, including parks, parking fields, or stadiums or conducts himself in a manner contrary to any notices, rules or regulations of the Village or refuses to obey the orders of any person or persons in authority with respect to the use of or conduct in or with respect to such property.
F. 
Refuses to obey or resists any officer or employee of the Village in the discharge of his official duty.
G. 
Willfully obstructs any street, crossing or sidewalk or any passage into any church, theater, restaurant, home or public place.
H. 
Rings any bell, horn or races any motor unnecessarily or in such a manner as to disturb the public.
I. 
Makes, continues or causes to be made or continued any unnecessary or unusual noise which annoys, injures, interferes with or endangers the comfort, repose, health or safety of others, whether in the operation of any machine, vehicle, instrument or other device.[1]

A. 
No person shall participate in any parade, demonstration, public gathering or assemblage within the Village called or formed for the purpose of inciting, advising or urging the use of violence, force or the commission of any act in violation of law; or at which any of such acts or things are advocated, advised, urged or committed.
B. 
No person shall exhibit or display within the Village, any flag, banner or device which is emblematic of any movement, plan or project tending to disturb or aimed at disturbing the public peace or quiet, or emblematic of any movement, plan or project aimed at causing the overthrow of government by violence, force or any unlawful method.
No person shall appear or be upon any street, sidewalk, highway or in any public hall, park or other public place in the Village under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other drugs.
A. 
No person shall keep a house of ill fame, house of prostitution, assignation house or let, lease or knowingly permit the use of a room or rooms in any building in the Village for the purpose of prostitution, or unlawful sexual intercourse, within the Village or shall in any manner contribute to the support of any house or shall voluntarily reside therein.
B. 
No person shall permit his, her or their house, shop, or store or other building within the Village to be used, frequented or resorted to by notorious persons, gamblers, vagrants, prostitutes or other persons of bad character.
C. 
No person shall conduct himself in an indecent or obscene manner or publicly exhibit or expose his or her person in any indecent or obscene manner in or upon any street, sidewalk, lane, alley, park or within or upon any other private or public place or building within the Village.
D. 
No person shall sell, expose or offer for sale, distribute, post or give away within the Village any book, newspaper or any printed sheet or paper which shall contain any indecent, obscene or immoral picture, article or printed matter of any kind or which shall contain any advertisement of any immoral, indecent or obscene book, printed matter, picture or circular.[1]

A. 
Definitions. As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
MODEL AIRPLANE
A winged vehicle of flight, heavier than air and propelled by an engine using liquid fuel; being too small to carry human passengers and controlled from the ground either by radio or wire.
B. 
Prohibition.
(1) 
No person shall operate or fly a model airplane within the Village of Depew in such a manner as to cause physical or mental harm to any individual or danger to private property.
(2) 
No model airplane shall be operated within 200 feet of a private structure, without prior permission.
C. 
Penalties for offenses. Any person who shall violate any provision of this section shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment of not more than 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 1-10 of this Code.
