A.
Unless otherwise described by general law or this chapter, all duly constituted boards, agencies and committees shall meet during the month of January of each year and organize and thereafter shall meet not less than once each month.
B.
The records of all boards, agencies and committees and other duly constituted bodies of the Township government of the Township of Marlboro shall be kept and maintained in the Administrative Offices of the Township government at a place designated by the Business Administrator and shall be subject to inspection and examination during normal business hours of the Township government as provided hereinabove and to the extent permitted by law.
C.
Disqualification. In the event that any member of any board or agency, after being duly sworn and qualified for office, shall absent himself without explanation from 2/3 of the regularly scheduled meetings of said board or agency during any period of six months' duration, he shall forthwith be disqualified from said office. Upon certification from the secretary of said board or agency of such absence delivered to the Mayor, the Mayor shall declare said office vacant, and it shall thereupon be filled in the manner provided by law.
