No person shall park a vehicle on the following school premises except within the painted stalls provided for parking:

Frank J. Dugan Elementary School.
The regulations contained in this section shall apply to the Middle School on Route 520:
A. 
The following described driveways are hereby designated as entrances and exits as indicated:
(1) 
Westerly driveway, entrance only.
(2) 
Easterly driveway, exit only.
B. 
The following described driveways are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated:
