Editor's Note: The following original sections and subsections
of this ordinance concerning licensing of junk dealers and maintenance of
junkyards were deleted and repealed 10-10-1979 by L.L. No. 10-1979: Section
I, Subsection (8), which defined "junk dealer"; Section II, Subsection (1),
which required a permit to engage in the business of junk dealer; Section
III, Prohibited Uses; Section IV, Existing Uses; Section V, Subsection (3),
which pertained to denial of junk dealer permits; and Section VII, Subsection
(2), which pertained to records of nonconforming property.
