Editor's Note: This local law was passed at referendum 3-18-1971.
The positions of the three Assessors of said Town, now elective pursuant
to § 20-1(b) of the Town Law, shall remain elective pursuant to
§ 20-1(b) of the Town Law and shall not be appointive positions.
