Village of Williston Park, NY Chapter 100 Fires, Conduct at

§ 100-1 False alarms.

No person shall willfully give or make or cause to be given or made any false alarm of fire in any manner whatsoever in the village.

§ 100-2 Interference with fire fighters.

No person not being a fire fighter, police officer or village officer or employee shall, without the permission of the Fire Chief or First or Second Assistant of the Village Fire Department, go or remain within any fire line established in the village by any officer or fire fighter of the Village Fire Department.

§ 100-3 Penalties for offenses. [1]

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation punishable as provided in Chapter 1, §§ 1-18 and 1-19 of this Code.
