It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain, construct or erect any gasoline station, pump or other apparatus for the furnishing or dispensing of gasoline, oil or other fuel, air or water to motor vehicles within the Village of Williston Park without first obtaining a permit from the Board of Trustees of said Village of Williston Park.
A. 
Obtaining license from Board of Trustees. In addition to the foregoing, it shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or engage in the business of conducting a gasoline station within the village until and unless an annual license therefor is first obtained from the Board of Trustees as hereinafter provided.
B. 
Application forms. Applications for such licenses shall be made to the Board of Trustees upon such forms as shall be prescribed by it, which forms shall include, among other things:
(1) 
The name, address, age and business address of the applicant.
(2) 
If the applicant is a corporation, the state under which it was incorporated and its principal place of business.
(3) 
Such additional information as may be prescribed by the Board of Trustees.
C. 
Fee; expiration; transfer. The annual license fee for maintaining or doing business as a gasoline station shall be as provided in Chapter 93, Fees. All such licenses, regardless of the date which they may be granted, shall expire on December 31 following the date of their issuance. No such license issued pursuant to this section shall be transferable or assignable without the prior written consent of the Board of Trustees.[1]

No person owning or doing business as a gasoline station within the village shall park or allow to be parked outside of any building on said premises any motor vehicles between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., except as follows:
A. 
There may be parked one registered motor vehicle for every 3,000 square feet (or major fraction thereof) of station area but in no event more than six motor vehicles.
B. 
In no event shall any such motor vehicle so parked weigh in excess of 18,000 pounds.
No person owning or doing business as a gasoline station within the village shall perform major repairs on any motor vehicle on the premises unless said motor vehicle is entirely within a building situate on said premises. No major repairs shall be performed before 7:00 a.m. in the morning or after 9:00 p.m. in the evening.

Any person or persons violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation punishable as provided in Chapter 1, §§ 1-18 and 1-19 of this Code, and the violation of this chapter or any part thereof shall constitute grounds for revocation of the license.
