Pursuant to the authority granted by § 3-301
of the Village Law, the office of Village Justice is hereby established
for the Village of Yorkville.
[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
The current salary amount is on file in the
Village offices.
The first Village Justice of the Village of
Yorkville shall be elected at the next general Village election to
be held for the term of four official years, provided in § 3-302
of the Village Law.
