For the purpose of this chapter, the following
definitions shall apply:
PERSON
Any person, firm, corporation, trustee, individual, co-owner
or other entity owning real property or the lessee thereof.
SEASONAL USE
Any dwelling structure occupied for less than nine months
of any one calendar year which does not contain one or more of the
following:
A.
A positive heating supply to the structure or
converted area;
B.
Energy conservation measures, such as insulation
to protect from heat loss; or
C.
A potable year-round water supply which is protected
from freezing, or, if water is supplied on a year-round basis.
WINTERIZATION
The act of converting a seasonal use dwelling structure into
a year-round use dwelling structure by providing one or more of the
following:
A.
A positive heating supply to the structure or
converted area;
B.
Energy conservation measures, such as insulation
to protect from heat loss; or
C.
A potable water supply which is protected from
freezing or public water services supplied on a year-round basis.
