[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of
Lancaster 1-28-1991 by Ord. No. 1991-1.

The Township of Lancaster hereby joins with the City of Lancaster and
the City of Lancaster School District as a member of the Lancaster Recreation
Commission.
The Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the Lancaster Recreation
Commission to exercise the powers to equip, supervise and maintain parks,
recreation areas and facilities and to conduct recreation programs in accordance
with law.
The Board of Supervisors shall nominate members and make such allocations
as are appropriate from time to time for the proper functioning of the said
Commission.
