The taking of shellfish shall be permitted between sunrise and sunset, subject to the following limitation, restriction and regulations:
A. 
The taking of shellfish west of a line of sight from the northeast tip of Cedar Island to the mouth of the Hammock River, and all of the Hammock and Indian Rivers, shall be prohibited from April 1 to November 1.
B. 
The season on shellfish shall close on the first day of April.
C. 
The limit of shellfish per person per day shall be 1/2 bushel, beginning with the first day of November
D. 
The taking of oysters shall be by hand or tong only, and no seeds shall be taken
E. 
All culling shall be done on the grounds where taken.
