A fee shall be established by resolution of
the Township to defer Township costs for drainage plan review and
processing.
The fees required by this chapter shall at a
minimum cover:
A.
The review of the drainage plan by the Township Engineer.
B.
The site inspection.
C.
The inspection of required controls and improvements
during construction.
D.
The final inspection upon completion of the controls
and improvements required in the plan.
E.
Any additional work required to enforce any permit
provisions, regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure
the completion of stipulated remedial actions.
F.
Administrative and clerical costs.
