Editor's Note: This ordinance also superseded
former Art. V, Tax Certifications, adopted 7-3-1991 by Ord. No. 1991-4.
The locally elected Tax Collector is appointed
as the municipal officer authorized to provide tax certifications
upon request by the public.
Said Tax Collector is authorized to collect
a fee of $15 for providing tax certifications upon request by the
public.
Said Tax Collector is authorized to retain,
as compensation, the fee of $15 he collects for providing tax certifications
upon request by the public.
The proper officers and other personnel of Lehigh
Township are hereby authorized and empowered to take all such further
action and execute such additional documents as they may deem appropriate
to carry out the purpose of this article.
Copies of this article shall be distributed
to the proper offices and other personnel of Lehigh Township whose
further action is required to achieve the purpose of this article.
