The temporary period shall begin upon the posting of signs or other appropriate markings and notice to the public as to the nature of the temporary regulation.

If any ordinance embodying any temporary regulation, or any part thereof, fails to be enacted and approved by the Board, such regulation, or any part thereof, shall, at the end of the temporary period of 90 days, cease to be in effect.
B.
If the Board directs that any temporary traffic regulation shall be discontinued immediately, the posted signs, or traffic notices, or traffic control devices effecting such temporary regulation shall be removed at once and the regulation shall be void.
