No operator of a vehicle shall enter an intersection
or a marked crosswalk unless there is sufficient space on the other
side of the intersection or crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle he
is operating without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or
pedestrians, notwithstanding any traffic control signal to proceed.
No operator of a vehicle shall drive between
vehicles comprising a funeral when such vehicles are conspicuously
designated, or between vehicles of any military convoys, or other
authorized processions while they are in motion.
A.
Whenever authorized signs are erected indicating a
zone of quiet, no operator of a vehicle within any such zone shall
sound the horn or other warning device of such vehicle except in an
emergency.
B.
No person shall at any time sound the horn or other
warning device of a vehicle except when absolutely necessary as a
warning signal while actually driving such vehicle.
Vehicular traffic shall move only in one direction
as indicated on the following Township streets:

Stop intersections established.

The following intersections are hereby established
as stop intersections, and official stop signs shall be erected in
such a position as to face traffic approaching the second-named highway
upon the first-named highway, in the direction hereby indicated. All
vehicles and tractors approaching said intersection upon the first-named
highway, in the direction or directions hereby indicated, shall come
to a full stop, within a reasonable distance, before entering any
such intersection:

Any person who operates a vehicle or tractor in violation
of this section and the official signs duly erected pursuant to this
section shall be prosecuted in accordance with the terms and provisions
of the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code.

Additional intersections.

Stop signs shall be erected at the following intersections
as follows:
(a)
Center Street and Third Street. Install one
stop sign on northwest corner of Center Street intersection. Vehicles
traveling on Center Street will be required to stop and vehicles traveling
on Third Street will continue through the intersection.
(b)
Center Street and Fourth Street. Install one
stop sign on the northwest corner of Center Street and one stop sign
on the southeast corner of Center Street. Vehicles traveling on Center
Street will be required to stop and vehicles traveling on Fourth Street
will continue through the intersection.
(c)
Pine Court and Valley High Court. Install one
stop sign on the northeast corner of Pine Court. Vehicles traveling
on Pine Court will be required to stop and vehicles traveling on Valley
High Court will continue through the intersection.
(d)
Dola Road and Teak Drive. Install one stop sign
on the southeast corner of Dola Road. Vehicles traveling on Dola Road
will be required to stop and vehicles traveling on Teak Drive will
continue through the intersection.
(e)
Dola Road and Red Bud Drive. Install one stop
sign on the northeast corner of Red Bud Drive and one stop sign on
the southwest corner of Red Bud Drive. Vehicles traveling on Red Bud
Drive will be required to stop and vehicles traveling on Dola Road
will continue through the intersection.
(f)
A stop sign shall be established on Red Maple Drive at the intersection
with North Cottonwood Road.

Any and all fines levied pursuant to a violation of
this section shall be in accordance with the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle
Code.

An official no-left-turn sign shall be erected in
such a position as to face traffic proceeding south on South Cottonwood
Road.
