Pennsylvania's Flood Plain Management Act[1] requires identified municipalities to adopt floodplain
management regulations and to comply with any regulations adopted
by the Department of Community Affairs of the Commonwealth. Therefore,
the Council of the City of Monessen does hereby ordain as follows.
