This chapter shall be enforced by the Code Enforcement Officer and to
that end, the Borough shall have the ability to promulgate additional rules
and regulations which are necessary for the implementation of this chapter.
Such additional rules and regulations shall become effective upon approval
by Council by resolution from time to time.
A.
Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than $100 nor more than
$600 for each and every offense, together with costs, and in default of payment
thereof, shall be imprisoned not more than 30 days. Each failure to obtain
a permit or to comply with any of the requirements of this chapter, and each
and every day during which such violation continues, shall constitute a separate
offense.
B.
The Code Enforcement Officer reserves the right to deny
the issuance of future permits to any person who violates the provisions of
this chapter. This provision in no way shall prohibit or limit the right of
the Borough to bring legal action against the permittee.
The following fees are hereby established by Borough Council in the
amounts set forth below and may be modified by resolution of Borough Council
from time to time:
