As used in this article, the following terms
shall have the meanings indicated:
Any unpowered vehicle towed by another.

Any two-axle vehicle or vehicle/trailer combination with
a registered or combined registered weight of 17,001 pounds or greater;
and any and all three-axle trucks; any and all four-axle trucks; and
any and all tractor-trailer combinations, not including school buses.

A.
Trucks, as defined in this article, are prohibited
from traveling on any portion of all Borough streets (not including
state roads). Notice of this prohibition shall be posted at various
entrances to the Borough in order to provide notice of this prohibition.

B.
The above prohibition to truck traffic does not apply
when a truck is making a delivery or has its origin or destination
located within an area on a prohibited street. Further, any truck
shall be permitted to travel on said prohibited street after obtaining
permission from the Police Department.

A.
No trucks proceeding in a northbound direction on
Route 663 shall be permitted to make a right-hand turn onto Penn Street.
B.
Trucks proceeding eastbound on Tenth Street shall
not be permitted to make a left-hand turn onto Long Alley.

C.
No trucks exiting from the Penns Court Shopping Center
shall be permitted to make a left-hand turn onto Long Alley.

D.
No trucks proceeding southbound on Route 663 (Quakertown Avenue)
shall be permitted to make a right-hand turn onto Penn Street.
