The form of agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A[1] and, by reference, made a part hereof, to be executed by and between the said Township of Potter and municipalities situate in the said County of Beaver, is hereby approved.

The Township hereby authorizes the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors to enter into written agreements in the form attached as Exhibit A, with the following municipalities:
A. 
Borough of Vanport.
B. 
Township of Center.
C. 
Township of Raccoon.
D. 
Borough of Midland.

The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is hereby directed to execute said agreements for and in behalf of the said Township of Potter and the Secretary shall attest the due execution thereof under Seal.
