The Township of Raccoon by its Chairman of the Board of Supervisors
is hereby authorized to enter into agreements for police and fire protection
with the municipalities of Aliquippa, Center, Greene, Hanover, Independence,
Industry, Midland, Potter and Shippingport.
True and correct copies of said agreements, the renewals thereof and
any amendments thereto, are to remain on file with the Township and are incorporated
herein by reference with the same fill force and effect as if stated at length
in this article.
