Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 172.
As used in this chapter the following words shall have the meanings indicated.
BARRICADE
Any wooden barricade, pieces of wood, horses or other appliances used in conjunction with the performance of the public works functions of the Township of Raccoon.
PERSON
Any adult or juvenile, male or female, or any firm, corporation or other entity.
SIGN
Any sign owned and/or maintained by the Township of Raccoon, be it for the regulation of traffic or otherwise.
It shall be unlawful for any person, to move, deface, destroy, tamper with, have possession of or take with the intent to deprive the Township thereof, any sign or barricade.
Any person who violates § 146-2 of this chapter shall be subject to criminal enforcement procedures as set forth in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II.
