The approval provisions of this chapter shall
be administered by the Borough of Runnemede Joint Planning/Zoning
Board of Adjustment acting in accordance with provisions of Chapter
291 of the Laws of New Jersey 1975 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq.).
These rules, regulations and standards shall
be considered the minimum requirements for the protection of public
health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the Borough of Runnemede.
In considering a major subdivision, the Joint
Planning/Zoning Board of Adjustment, in addition to all other requirements,
must also review the subdivision to determine whether existing community
facilities or plans or reasonable possibilities for expanding such
facilities are adequate to provide for the needs of future residents
of the proposed development.
