The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Runnemede in the County of Camden, and State of New Jersey, hereby imposes tax of 3% on charges of rent for every occupancy of a room or rooms in a hotel in the Borough of Runnemede effective July 1, 2004.

Such amount collected shall be paid by the hotel to the Borough on a monthly basis with proof of such collection and occupancy.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances not inconsistent with this article shall remain in full force and effect.
