Township of Shirley, PA Article III Enforcement of Uniform Construction Code

§ 23-13 Adoption of agreement.

The Board of Supervisors hereby adopts an ordinance which authorizes the Board of Supervisors to enter into an agreement for intergovernmental cooperation with the aforesaid municipalities.[1]

[1] Editor's Note: The Township entered into an intergovernmental cooperation agreement with the Boroughs of Mount Union and Mapleton Depot, and with the Townships of Cromwell and Todd, for the administration and enforcement of Act 45 of 1999, the Uniform Construction Code.
