Maximum speed limits are hereby established
on all or portions of the following specified streets and roads, and
it shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle, motorized
or otherwise, on any part of the following streets or roads where
these maximum speed limits apply, at a speed higher than the maximum
prescribed for a whole or part of that street or road:

Any person who violates a provision of this
article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the appropriate penalties
set forth in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101
et seq.) for each provision so violated.
