[Adopted 2-25-1974 by Ord. No. 1134; amended in its entirety 3-11-1991 by Ord. No. 1722]
The Board of Commissioners of the Township of Whitehall, County of Lehigh, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania did, in 1974, duly organize an Industrial and Commercial Development Authority in said Township, county and Commonwealth, under the Industrial and Commercial Development Authority Law (73 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 301-314).
The President of the Board of Commissioners and the Secretary of the Township did execute, on behalf of the Township, Articles of Incorporation for such Authority, which articles may not be amended without the express approval of a majority of the Board of Commissioners.
