Any person aggrieved by any notice, action, or determination may appeal to the Whitehall Township Board of Commissioners within 30 days in writing pursuant to the Act of 1978, April 28, P.L. 202, No. 53, as amended, 2 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 105 and 551 et seq., known as the "Local Agency Law". Notwithstanding the above:
A. 
Appeals from the final decision of the SEO under this article shall be made to the Board of Commissioners in writing within 30 days from the date of written notification of the decision in question.
B. 
The appellant shall be entitled to a hearing before the Board of Commissioners at the next regularly scheduled meeting if a timely appeal is filed meeting all advertising deadlines. The Township Board of Commissioners shall thereafter affirm, modify, or reverse the decision. The hearing may be postponed for a good cause shown by the appellant or the Township. Additional evidence may be introduced at the hearing, provided that it is submitted with the notice of appeal.
C. 
A decision shall be rendered in writing by the Township Solicitor within 30 days of the date of the hearing.
