[Adopted 12-31-2001 by Ord. No. 2001-37 as § 12-3 of the 2001 Code]
It shall be unlawful to dump, deposit or leave any grass clippings; hedge, bush or tree trimmings; dead animals; dead poultry; slaughterhouse refuse and offal; garbage and any other matter which may spoil, decay or be likely to emit foul and obnoxious odors.
It shall be unlawful to dump, deposit or leave any of the materials enumerated in § 187-11 or like materials or to dump, deposit or leave any other materials upon the public streets or highways of Robbinsville Township or private lands immediately adjacent thereto.

All household waste shall be disposed of in an approved container with cover. It shall be unlawful to dump, deposit or leave any of these materials for curbside pick-up unless in an approved container and/or receptor. All other household wastes shall be properly bagged, boxed, or placed in movable containers for curbside pick-up.

No person/persons shall place any debris, garbage or household trash on the curbside sooner than on the preceding day of normally scheduled pick-up.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to the penalty stated in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty.
