§ 19-1 Authority to dispose of or retain records; procedures.

The Borough Council shall have the authority to dispose of or retain such municipal records as it deems appropriate, provided that it is in accordance with the procedures and schedules set forth in the Municipal Records Act (53 P.S. §§ 9001 through 9010), and provided that each individual act of disposition shall be preceded by an appropriate resolution of Council.
