GENERAL REFERENCES
Building construction — See Ch. 83.
Demolition of historic buildings — See Ch. 87.
No person shall move a building from one (1) lot to another lot without having followed this procedure:
A. 
Obtain from the Building Commissioner and/or local inspector written permission to do so.
B. 
Receive from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, all necessary permits.
C. 
File with the Town Council a bond or other surety in the total amount determined by said Board to indemnify any or all persons.
D. 
Receive from the Town Council permission to make said move during such hours and on such public ways as it may determine.
E. 
Employ such security personnel, consisting of but not limited to police, fire, public works or others, as may be determined by the Town Council.
