The City of Linwood hereby creates and adopts
an Official Seal of the City of Linwood in accordance with the form
and design as attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A.
This Seal shall be authorized for use on any
and all official correspondence and/or documents pertaining to the
City of Linwood.
