A Commission is hereby created which shall be
known as the "Commission for the Conservation of the Environment,"
hereafter called the "Commission."

The Planning Board of the Village of Woodbury
is hereby designated as the Environmental Conservation Commission.

The Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson of the
Planning Board shall serve as the Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson
of the Environmental Conservation Commission. The Commission may adopt
rules and procedures for its meetings, and shall keep minutes for
such meetings, which shall be filed with the Village Clerk.
The Commission shall advise the Village Board
on matters affecting the preservation, development and use of the
environment in the Village of Woodbury and shall perform such other
duties in regard thereto as may be assigned to the Commission by resolution
from time to time by the Village Board.
The Commission shall submit an annual report
to the Village Board in March of each year.
