GENERAL REFERENCES
General penalty — See Ch. 1, § 1-17.
No person shall operate a motor vehicle, including, but not limited to a skimobile, minibike, trailbike, automobile, or other powered vehicle, or a bicycle, on any school grounds or in any park, playground, or recreation field operated by the Recreation Department, except on driveways and in parking lots.
No person shall golf or horseback ride in any such area, unless such activity is authorized by the School Committee or the Recreation Department.
No person shall remain in any such area after 9:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. for the period from April 1 through October 31, and after 7:00 p.m. and before 7:00 a.m. for the period from November 1 through March 31 of any year, unless he/she is participating in an activity authorized by the School Committee or the Recreation Department.
