The Village Clerk is hereby designated as the
village records access officer pursuant to Article 6 of the Public
Officers Law.
Village records may be requested and examined
during regular village office hours at the village office.
The fees for copies of records shall be $0.25
per photocopy not larger than nine inches by 14 inches, or the actual
cost of reproducing any other record, except when a different fee
is otherwise prescribed by statute.
